This idea may be too big for 1 person to decide, it probably needs multiple high staff members to discuss it

What if we could rate staff members? with a 1-5 stars system, or a thumbs up/down, and give a description of why we gave that rating.
-if a staff member helps me without being rude/slow/etc, I can give him a high rating (or a thumbs up)
-if a staff member is being rude/ignores/etc, you can give him a low rating (or a thumbs down)

The only problem I see with implementing this is trolls, so I suggest doing one of the following:
-Give the ability to rate to certain ranks, like Donor+, since most players who have a rank won't troll
-Have 2 separate ratings, 1 for people with ranks and 1 for people without ranks, so if a staff member, by the end of the month, has 4.5 stars from ranked players, and 3 stars from members, then clearly there were trolls.

I think each person should be able to give each staff member one rating that can be changed, so let's say X staff member helped me, but I found a little problem with how he helped me, I'll give him 4 stars, but a few days later he was really good, I can change that 4 star vote to 5 stars, that way staff members can show that they have improved...

Now, if a staff member has a low rating, staff managers can go through the ratings and read why people gave a bad rating, and if they're mostly genuine, then the staff member should be talked to and given a certain amount of time to improve the rating, or get demoted.

This is just a general idea of what I think this system can do, of course it should be discussed and improved by high staff members.
