So, the ranks on this server are a bit pricey, however this is large in part due to when you donate you get perks throughout every server in EC. I think it's reasonable to say that there are a fair amount of people that like a particular server and specialize in it. If ranks were to be separated presumably they would be cheaper, which would open up more people to donate whom are looking to spend X many dollars towards perks in a specific server.
