Tpkillers, dont skip after reading the title

Since countless suggestions of making tpkilling punishable have been rejected, I would simply like to suggest that you get a bright coloured warning in chat when someone sends you a /tphere request. Ik that people should just be careful themselves but it really sucks to lose stuff you worked hard for. So please, to avoid more future suggestions for banning tpkilling, just add a little warning and let everyone enjoy the extremecraft experience.
