Recently, vote parties got added. so basically when 250 votes gets voted everyone on the server who've voted gets a reward. This might seem desirable for both players and the server, however, it's actually quite counter intuitive.
Assuming each player gets around 5 votes a day, that makes this vote party require 50 persons to vote on. seems reasonable right? Here's the issue- most players only vote once, then afk to wait for the next vote party, in an attempt to get multiple sets of rewards. this makes it unfair for most players, and causes the time between the beginning of it and the end of it to be hideously long. For instance, the vote went from 210 to 180 taking around 20 minutes. This encourages players to vote only while it's nearly ending, as they might not want to miss out on the rewards from the vote party for leaving. Hence, the frequency in which a player votes would decrease, and overall players would vote less.
Henceforth, i think that votes party should be altered in the way they work. For example, the required vote for a party could be decreased to 50, and requiring players to vote on at least 4 servers in order to get the vote party reward, or remove this vote party thing completely then simply increase the vote reward, or a lottery chance thing after voting on over 4 servers.
Also the occasional bar on the top of my screen and the wither glow that i see is very annoying plz remove them and make it so that when a player executes a command the remaining votes is shown. Thank you.
