add Titan rank that is way more cooler than Nexus rank commands be like...

/fly(in lobbies)
/spawners(horse,mooshroom,villager,wolf,ocleaot,squid costs money)
/xpadd(only up to 100xp total and costs money)
/kit Titan
/40 homes
/5 personal vault
/potions(invisibility,leaping,ect)
/gapple(all effects)
/playerinfo [Name](like shows health,armor wear,and inventory)
/pet Enderdragon
/voteban(starts a ban vote on a player that has 5votes,since this is Titan command only the voted can be banned for 19hrs)
/votemute(starts a mute vote needs to be 3 agrees to mute the voted for 30mins)
/cape [CapeName](adds cape in the skin)
/world edit in (Survival,Testing,OPSurvival,Skyblock,OPSkyblock,OPSurvival,rpg)
