Updating the server
Lots of things will change , so i hope the server will update its version when minecraft 1.16 relese !

The server possibly can't convert to 1.16 entirely due to unstable plug-ins and non-updated plugins/unavailable plug-ins for recent releases
There is a possible risk of things won't working and currently, the server has a survival 1.16 where the plug-in is working fine and updated. With other servers, it may be a challenge to convert it completely.
1.8.9 is the most stable, lag-free version for plug-in use.
