I think it would be a great idea to be able to loan people money or claims and they have to repay them with interest within a certain period of time

Way too easily exploited, players would simply get loans with alts, pay the main accounts and never pay you back
Or again, ask a friend playing on another server to get you to give them a loan, do the same as above
