Healable Resource Pets

Make it so that Resource Pets can be healed. I have a resource pet on my Island and I accidentally punched it 2 times. And I was wondering how I can get its health back. Splash Pots don't work, either does feeding them. I really want them to be healable because they are worth quite a lot and it would be a waste if one day I accidentally kill it.
