Create another setting that could
-enable/disable use of /pet ride
(to refrain people from flying out if there's no roof or glitching through blocks to the outside of an enclosed area)
-enable/disable hurting of resource pets
(people might want to have public grinders including animals and monsters and not want resource pets to get killed when both animal and monster hurting are enabled)
