Staffs doesn't mind to answer people who's in need in /helpop

It's very hard for me to communicate because im playing all alone. So I don't expect that much from other when im in need. Since I stopped playing since i was in highschool, i dont remember much about some info in minecraft so i found the command /helpop thought that they will help me like the server i played before that everytime I ask, they will answer quickly and notice it ASAP. But the staffs on this server in Factions doesnt seem to help like they dont care or dont mind answering some curiosity of other players like me. I thought staffs were made not only to monitor players, but also to help and guide them. Thats why the command /helpop its not only about reporting players, as the word itself "help" means players needs guidance or assistance. I hope this will change in the future.
