Suggestion #4033

I have submitted such reports before. Extremecraft has been my favorite server for over an year now, and i have seen all weaknesses and the places it lacks in. It is clear to me that i wont be made staff as they have rejected all my applications, but the least they can do is improve their staffs, some in particular. Staffs are very helpful sometimes, but they haven't been really helpful in the last few days. I have been killed by multiple hackers in bedwars, and double scammed. I cant say anything about my helpops, as they are hardly responded to, but whenever i mail or approach the staff in person, i get no response or help whatsoever. The staffs are great and extremely helpful whenever they are, but sometimes i never get any response or help. I understand the concept of different timezones and i suggest to hire staffs from all different timezones as most staffs will be from the same timezones, ofcourse, where minecarft is poppular, Please consider my suggestion, i expect a different reply this time.
