Double clickers
Some players that type of special mouse that does double click when pvping. Most of the times it is unwanted and accidental. Those owners of the special mouses do not mean to double click, which gives them an incredible advantage. Also, they dont know how to get rid of it and they favor their mouse. So, simply they can only install this program that prevent accidental double clicks.

Having a mouse with built-in macro and autoclicker is not an issue as long as you do not use them, we cannot disallow anyone who has those mouse for various reasons such us for a case where they do not have any extra mouse to use at the moment
We give consideration but they do need to change their mouse, if you have one then disable the feature or save up money and purchase a new one with no hardware modification or disallowed feature just for the sake of "unintentionally using it" as what they are claiming
We do screen-share to confirm if they do use unfair advantage.
