Increasing Spawner Limit
I had an idea that the spawner limit should be within a 16x16 by 16 or 32 tall. Many people build 2x2 bases and only being able to place 40 spawners is way too little. I can't even have an afk grinder and a blaze grinder because of the spawner limit. if it was possible to place it in different heights of the base I feel that would be a lot better not just for me, but for the entire server as well.

Mob capacity limit was introduced to reduce the lag and users complained with low amount of mobs spawning hence why we added mob stacking
Mob stacking does evade the spawning capacity limit as it would be able to hold a hundred of the same type of mobs as one entity
Spawner limit was added to balance everything and reduce the rate of how fast eco would break with these stuff added recently.
