/go pvp customization

Allow for the creation of custom inventory during a /duel to allow people to be more creative.
Basically the person who makes the invite selects custom rather than the other game types then they put items into an inventory as they see fit. Once done, and the duel is accepted, both players spawn with the custom inventory that is created. Not seperate inventories, the same inventory the inviter creates. Hope that's clear enough.
If certain custom inventories become popular then you can use that to improve the game types you have, and make /go pvp a more enjoyable place.
