Pet riding on spawn
The idea is to allow pet riding on the spawn (whether it is hide n seek, OP Factions and any other game modes.)
For game modes that have war zones such as Factions and OP Factions, the pet will only fly in the spawn section
*While riding, the pet shall not allow the player to go in the war zone due to a barrier which prevents them to do so. (For example, the barrier that is set to prevent players from escaping to safe zone when they are combat tagged.
