fix border glitching

If you place a block on border, and stand in front of it with a pet, and do /pet ride, you can clip your pet into the border, in which then you can dismount, and freely roam outside of the natural border. Someone actually exploited this to raid a base, which is probably BS. https://youtu.be/sc5aDD1yDXE
