Coinflip

Suggestion: Make the command /coinflip notify so people who want to coinflip know when one opens because what happnes right now is when ever someone opens a coinflip they put it in chat so every few seconds someone says in chat coinflip(I am guilty of this) and it's probobly annoying for people who arent participating. With /coinflip notify on they get a msg saying a who opened a coinflip and for how much.
