Powertool is a bukkit plugin that lets you bind commands to items in minecraft. While holding an item, you can type /pt (command), and whenever you punch with that item, your player will run a command.

EX.

Using /pt jump on a enderpearl

Whenever you punch with the epearl, your player will run the command /jump
