Anti Alt Auto Banning
Make an auto ban system auto bans people who connect to the server using the same exact IP address as a previously banned account.
Pros:
Slows alting process for hackers.
Slowing the alting process would free up time an energy put into reports on a "new hacker" that is really just an old one.
Eventually hackers would run out of IPs.
Frees up time put into investigating possible ban evaders.
Con:
Vpn connection would be difficult or nonexistent.
Counter for Con:
Nobody needs vpns.

And, some people might be using VPNs for legit reasons too such as bypassing a firewall preventing you to connect to services with ports different than 80 and 443(HTTP, HTTPs so websites only)
