Hover

A CE that can be added to weapons. When this weapon is used to hit a mob or another player, will apply the levitation and nausea enchantment for a few seconds. This would not be a guaranteed effect. With each level of the CE the chance of the effects occurring would increase. Just a thought, let me know what you think :)
