Add stack mobs

We should add stack of mobs so we can lessen the amount of mobs in a chunk, example you have 99 spawners and it only spawns 15 per second and it has to wait for them to die, its not worth it, but with stacking mobs it can just stack in 1 mob :D

Mobs stacking is already added but only to OP servers, it is too OP to add on regular servers.
