Suggestion #3002

I'm 12. And i feel like there should be a way that 'underage' ( as you may call us ) people should be able to help out among the Discord or maybe even on the Minecraft server itself.
Some people under 15 are mature, responsible or smart enough to help out and give fellow members tips or guidance in either Discord or Minecraft. I do understand that the minimum age for staff is 15, and that is probably because most people over 15 are mature and can handle tough decisions and problems that some others might not be comfortable with. But should that really stop people 'underage' being able to help and give tips to other members ( this would make other members have a more comfortable and enjoyable time. )
I registered about 1 hour ago so i will have to wait 30 days before i can apply. But i'm not making this suggestion for me. I just think that 'underage' people should be able to help.
This Role could be called Junior Staff, Helper, Q/A, Guidance. There are lots of names, but these are the ones I've thought of.
Hope you Have a think about this suggestion. Its a good idea.
