First off I would like to point out that I rarely post onto forums but after many recent events, i feel highly obligated to. Overall our issues in OPfactions have escalated to an extraordinary level. The server itself is filled with a hacker infested pvp system with absolutely no way to fight this epidemic. Videos about hackers do nothing when they simply Vpn and alt. Yesterday i lost 1 full Legendary armor set and weapons along with 2 p11 (Vote sets) and 2 OP sets to MineTeam, and Alican_IS, two of the many common Alting hackers with extreme issues. Occasionally when mods do actually invest the time to help our cause hackers are banned regularly with vast improvements immediately seen. The anti-cheat rarely if ever does anything to prevent these hackers from exploiting and more often mixes up legit players such as myself. I know myself personally have been kicked for no-slow 3 times, and no flying once. The servers other issues besides hacker infestation with 0 staff and faulty anti-cheat include our player count, outdated shop, Cannon/raiding issues( many cannons proven to work on other servers simply don't work here). This server has so much potential and I know i personally have spent hundreds of dollars into this server because I honestly do love it that much as have many other people. We are your paying community. Some Suggested solutions to these problems are as follows, Spend some time to either refine or remake the anticheat system to be more accurate, get staff to regularly spend time on the server OR empower some currently highly active people to staff to enforce them. spend about 2 hours to remake a relevant /shop system to allow players a more realistic experience interacting with the shop. Either work with coding of redstone limits and or block properties to allow raiders a chance to actually cannon successfully. And player count will come once the issues listed above are fixed. I highly reccomend restarting the server once these changes are made, rewarding those who have stuck out the rough season AND providing a new playerbase to rejoin and revive this server. If these issues are not solved, I have heard many paying players refuse to pay further, and even play further until said issues are resolved. It really seems like the options are put the time in, and revive an amazing server, or let it die. Please dont let our donations, and our hard worked time, sweat, tears go in vain. Thank you
