I noticed you created a YT channel, but videos in there are not that good and it has a simple edit since I know you would not spend a lot of time on videos. I suggest adding a role which you look for people who have knowledge of editing (for all of the videos to get a better result), recording (to prevent staff spending their time on videos), animating (for times you want to create an mc animation) and eventually all you have to do its uploading it.
