You have a block like DIRT in your hand . You do /setblock and the block is place under the feet of the player. This command can cost like 5$ and its good to build sky base with your pet or maybe other thing :D

Pets are not meant to be used as building tools, placing blocks underneath while riding may cause unexpected behavior and glitches
