Disable wind staff in combat
In the PvP arena of RPG there are so many people who keeps running(totally not what PvP is for) using wind staff.So therefore I suggest you to disable wind staff in /PvP or in combat.
Since we needs wind staff to escape from tp killers so I suggest to disable wind staff only in PvP arena when combat tagged.
