Would it be possible to add "/cooldowntimer" or "/cdt"?
When used, enables an on-screen display that updates in real time of any commands in a cooldown state, and how much time is left in the cooldown. Works as a toggle; enabled, disabled. Displays as a list outside of chat... Wait, that would make for a ton of lag... Perhaps then, not in real time and not out of chat, but in chat and per request. Also would change the way this works from a toggle to a quarry, like "/bal". Unlike "/balance" however, this would only work on per-player basis. One would not be able to quarry other players cooldown times.
