Add Roles in Opskyblock Like fac/opfac

We should add roles like in opfac or fac in opskyblock so that griefings wouldn't be that often and It will be more fun if there are roles in opskyblock,

-Worker

This cannot be implemented without a custom build of the Skyblock plugin. We are currently not planning to make one.
