Custom Enchant :D
It is called 'Spinnet'. Basically its a bow enchant which allows an arrow fired from the bow to spawn a cobweb upon landing on the ground. The cobweb lasts for 5 seconds. Also it is not a 100% chance its only 40% :P.Please take it into consideration. :OO
