Private chest grief fix.
Like my last suggestion, about creative, this one won't be much different than that. But, with another team. Leaving apart the boring stuff, let's get straight to the subject : Private chest grief fix. You may be wondering what does that mean. Well, your "really nice" players have discovered a neat trick to destroy someone's plot. The ranked ones. No, not by erasing all the plot with world edit, but with private chests.
Once you reach a certain rank, you will be able to place a sign on a chest and making it impossible for someone to open, unless you are that someone. Well, players have started using it in bad ways, placing these chests on players' plot. This was, is and will be a problem if you won't solve it in time.
How to fix it. Well, you have two ways. One : placing a command at the plot owner's disposal which can erase the private chests' on his plot. The other way is just to grant them permission on creative to remove the chests on the plot. Who uses private chests these days on creative to store items? Right, none.
