I suggest a chat channel command.
Chat channel command so people can talk in different chats and disable some.
For example /channel or for short /ch will show you a gui and there you can choose whichever channels you want to view and the channel you are going to chat in.
And some examples for channels can be Party, Global, Local, Game, Staff, Friends, Guild.
Only staff can chat in Staff Channel and Donor+ can make guilds and more permissions like that.
