Hi,
I suggested that the /skull cooldown should be removed. I got a response from NxDs saying:
" Then you can complain at mojang.com and tell them to increase the rate limits they're enforcing and that are limiting the amount of requests we can do every time someone does /skull"
So I emailed mojang and the response was:
I'm sorry to hear about your issue. As servers are run by their administrators and not by Mojang, we are unable to answer any questions regarding any individual servers. For more information or if you have any questions, we recommend that you contact your server's administrators.
So is there anything you can do to fix the /skull cooldown command? Mojang can't do anything about it, according to my email response. Thanks

No, there is nothing we can do about it.
Mojang limits the amounts of requests we send them every minute, they are never going to increase the amount of requests just for us to use /skull with no cooldown... That's not how it works they would have no gain in doing so
