/f fly and some other improvements

Can we please fly in our faction claims when faction power is at least above 250. It would mean the world to us faction players. Make fly disabled when enemies are in a 300 block radius. Increase the max player power to 20. Enable printer mod and make the anticheat not kick someone using printer. And please delete opfactions. The server only needs one factions server no need to split the community.
