Suggestion #2158

Hello. I got a suggestion for the new Reports System. Maybe making a sub-page there or a totally new one about Helpops. It will help a lot so we can answer the helpops there. When people send the helpops they will automatically go there, and when we answer their need, they will be notified ingame that their helpop was answered. Helpops categories should be divided in Hacker Helpops and Normal Helpops there by the current filter. We should be able to sort them out there too. That would be usefull for new players and players in need of help because when they want the answer of a question they asked in the past and forgot it, they can always check their tickets and get the complete answers by the staff members. This way players who say the staff team is useless and never answers helpops will be satisfied too, since they get quick answers that they can view anytime and helpops could be added to staff stats too
because it actually shows how much you help players in need. It would be a great addition imo, 95% of the time, when I go solve helpops the players who needed help are already offline. It will be great for them to be logged so players in need can check them anytime. And as a plus it can appear in staff stats, so it will another way for staff managers to see how much we help players.
