Duels

add a /duel command into factions and OpFactions game mode, now what this mod allows you to do is duel another player into a fight (Could he gapple, nodeuff or any other game mode the opponent decides) then sends it to a certain player. And they wager over an amount of money. Make it so it is 10, 100, 1000, 10000, 100000, and finally 1000000 (The player could choose a custome amount if you want) and then they fight each other and the winner get the amount of money they watered on.
