Hi , first i should say 'surry' because i cant speak English very well...
I have a remedy about 'playtime' , I think you should make a new plugin for playtime first.
then you can give free ranks to active players and rich players.
For example a person plays 500 hours in month and he can get free ranks
And a person is in #1 of money and he can get free ranks
It can make players more active and (some of the people buy "in game money" for arrival to #1)
