Improvement Suggestion
You should be given a 10 seconds grace period when you jump in PvP arena at /pvp for getting ready (players will not be able to hit you in these 10 seconds). This will give you enough time for all the custom enchants such as Dragon Heart to activate or you can drink potions or eat gapples.

Answer: Closed
You can simply do that in pvp lobby and then jump in, 10 seconds of invulnerability would be too exploitable
