So, I used to play on another server, and there was a mini-game called, "Escape The Beast", which was very fun until the server shutdown..
Yeah...
The point of the GameMode is someone being the beast, and then there are like, 10 other people running away from the player that is the beast. They try not to be killed, and there is obstacles like parkour, spiderwebs, swimming up or down a waterfall, etc. If someone gets killed they get eliminated, whoever stands that isn't killed wins the game.

It's that easy!
