Suggestion #1962

I have checked the titles and i very much appreciate how there's a Redstoner title, but perhaps a Nuisance title will help, a nuisance is someone that keeps annoying everyone, and i like that alot, so perhaps if you can add this beautiful Nuisance title, then people would have a proper name to be called with, there are many nuisances in the world, and i'm sure they're looking for this title too, like me of course, so please if you can add this title then, i will appreciate it very much, and thanks.
