Reports Ticket Based System

Since the forum is evolving : staff applications , ban appeals and suggestions are ticket based now, why not make reports ticket based too.

Advantages:

- People will post reports in the appropriate category and it will be easier for staff members to handle them (For example categories like scamming, hackers, griefing, chat offenses etc)
- People will be able to have a better track on their reports, accessing the reports ticket based menu will be easier for them to see all the answers on their reports in real time
- No more unnecessary comments, insults and flame wars in different topics, will reduce the toxicity of the forum
- Only staff members will have access to answer reports, now there is no need to ask other people to move topics for them, JrHelpers could close a chat offense report for example after solving it.
- To prevent people from asking why did they get warned/muted/jailed/banned, staff members can attack the link of the images/proof so people will stop asking why they did get punished.

So, in other words, reports would be way more organised and easier for staff members to solve them. I see only benefits of this system and I think it should be implemented.
