Suggestion #1683

When placing a slab on the bottom half of a top half slab, it will adjust itself to become a bottom half slab which is more than annoying and tedious to work with and, personally, just makes things harder than easier on players. It would be nice to have a fix for this since my whole farm I'm going to make consists of top half slabs. It would also help SkyWars players not fall through the slabs while bridging to other islands or any players building in other game modes.
