Sell tool and clear tool

It’s much needed now since we use witch farm instead of igs because igs are no longer available to buy, I’m literally spending hours to /ci all those junk from the chests

make us sell all those witch junk at a low selling price so we can just use the sell tool to clear the chests

Make the sell tool a clear tool as well what ever we can’t sell just clears them from the chests
