Please upgrade to enable use of observer

it is playable in my single game for this observer and i able to craft it. but in multiplayer none. By the way, please allow the craft book recipe to be seen as well la. i cant memories all recipe X.X. Thank you.

We are using a 1.8 server and the observer block is not available.
We are working on a custom implementation of it so be patient please
