Add a new feature to the /namehistory command.

We can enable or disable the `/namehistory` command from the website, preventing other players from viewing our `/namehistory`. This is a really good feature, but you could improve it further.

My suggestion is that players should be able to remove their old names from their `/namehistory`. For example, an option should be added next to these old names, similar to the option to remove the entire `/namehistory`. This way, players can remove only the names they want from their `/namehistory`. This would prevent everyone from having to remove their entire `/namehistory`. However, if some players still want all their names removed, the current feature can remain. For players who don't want all their names removed, my suggestion could be considered.

Please carefully review this idea and take the necessary steps.
