Suggestion: Disallow Cross-Server Item Scamming

Problem: Some people of ExtremeCraft scam others out of items on different Minecraft servers and then just show up here like nothing happened. Even if it didn't happen here, it still means they're a known scammer, and it hurts trust in our trading community.
Scamming players out of items whether it happens here or on another Minecraft server. This includes fake item trades, fake giveaways, and impersonating staff or trusted traders to rip people off.
