/voteparty [server]

Usage:

/voteparty | /vp

> Vote party details of the server you are connected to.

/voteparty [server] | /vp [server]

> Vote Party Details of the server mentioned in the command.

Reason?
> Instead of joining different servers and checking the vote party status, like how many votes remaining, am i participating or have i already participated, we can just check for every server from the server we are currently connected to. This would be a big Quality of Life change.

eg:
/vp fac | /vp factions -> give details about voteparty status of the factions server no matter the server i am connected to (except for lobby where it is disabled.)

Note: The server name should be auto complete-able or incomplete values should also work exactly like in '/go [server]' command.
