Combine owned claims

i have a plot of 300x300 but piece by piece, its divided into pieces and i want to join it into one claim. but i have a problem, if i try to combine the claims i have to unclaim all the claims and claim it back into a single one. and i fear what if someone claim my land? please add a command that combine claims like "/combineclaims x-468, z2020 : x-468, z2105" but it only works if the claim doesnt have any space between them like no blocks,
