Suggestion: Warning for Non-Ranked Players breaking Spawners / Restriction adjustments

Currently, non-ranked players lose their spawners entirely when they mine them with a Silk Touch pickaxe because they don't have the required rank. This causes a huge loss for new/non-premium players who don't know the rules.
​My Suggestion: Either don't allow non-premium players to open/break spawners at all (give an error message), or display a clear in-game warning when a player attempts to mine a spawner without the required rank. This will prevent players from losing their valuable spawners blindly.
