make ghast enchants and wind charge not affect players at boss fight

so extremecraft team, on the neosurvival Server. theres custom enchants. and those enchants is ghast. that shoots fire charge when used as a bow. and on the boss fight. the enchant damages us and affects us during boss fight. so i recommend removing the damages and the knockback of the fire charge. and as for The Mace, many people at boss fights use them often. and the wind charges also affects us and causes knockback on us players. so remove the knockback of the wind charges when used by other players. so other people doesnt get launched or get damaged at the boss fight,
