Add a Nickname (/nn) Command feature for Phantom Rank

I would like to suggest adding a /nn (nickname) command for users with the Phantom Rank. This feature would allow Phantom members to set or change their own nickname within the server yk.

Adding this command would make the Phantom Rank feel more valuable by providing an exclusive customization perk. It also reduces the workload for moderators who currently handle nickname change requests. To prevent abuse, the command could include limits such as a cooldown, character restrictions, and filtering for inappropriate names.

Overall, a /nn command would improve convenience, enhance the user experience, and give Phantom Rank holders an additional benefit while maintaining server moderation standards.
